A White Barn at Happy Valley Wedding

I have always wanted to photograph a wedding at The White Barn at Happy Valley. I have eyeballed this venue for years! The White Barn at Happy Valley is a traditional Farmstead that is tucked into the countryside of Nampa, Idaho. The White Barn at Happy Valley is the perfect venue for a wedding. From the vaulted ceilings, antique beams to the old rustic charm.

The rustic, old, white barn has been fully restored and offers beautiful decor. When I first spoke to Allie about her White Barn at Happy Valley wedding I was beyond excited. The gorgeous bridal suite will take your breath away. From the stunning fireplace to the beautiful velvet couch; this is the perfect spot for a bride and her girls to get ready! The grooms lounge is absolutely perfect for the gentleman. I loved the old rustic charm in the grooms suite. The original barn medicine cabinet has been repurposed into a whiskey cabinet which shapes the room. Other amenities include a flat screen television, pool and poker table. The lounge is the perfect room for the gentleman to hangout and get ready for the day.

I met Will and Allie a few months ago for the first time at their engagement session in Hidden Springs, Idaho. I instantly felt like I had known Will and Allie for years! They are the sweetest, kindest, genuine couple who shine a light for the Lord. These two were naturals behind the camera. I could tell instantly that they were the perfect match! Will, Allie's husband, is currently serving our country and is stationed in Washington. Planning a wedding out of state can be extremely stressful, but Allie did an amazing job!

I photographed Will and Allie’s White Barn at Happy Valley wedding two weekends ago on a beautiful fall day in Nampa, Idaho.

Will and Allie's White Barn at Happy Valley wedding was one of the sweetest most heartfelt ceremonies I have ever had the privilege of documenting.

It was a ceremony joining two beautiful people. A ceremony of celebrating a marriage of two people who love the Lord. A ceremony where parents prayed over Allie and Will’s marriage. A Ceremony where two became one. Communion was shared, tears were shed and memories were made. It was a wedding that Will and Allie and guests will remember for years to come!

From the beginning to the end, Will and Allie’s White Barn at Happy Valley Wedding was a dream day. Yes, the details were flawless, the flowers were beautiful. The styling impeccable, the setting was breathtaking, but that’s not what I’ll remember most about this day. It was the love. The joy. The laughter. The tears. The communion as husband and wife. The convenant of husband and wife. The tight-knit family feel every person hopes for when they begin a family of their own.

Allie and Will, thank you so much for trusting me to tell your story. Thank you for you for making me feel like part of your family for the day. I am so excited for the two of you and feel so blessed to be apart of your special day!

Congratulations Mr. + Mrs. Kressin!
